So, I’ve got a good sized army started for the Ogre Kingdoms. I’ve been tired of getting stepped on as a Skaven player, so I decided I wanted to do the stomping. I’ve still got my rats, and they’re not going anywheres. They’re my first love, but I’d like a little variety in my Fantasy list.
That being said, I stumbled across a good deal at www.miniwargaming.com where I can get five Fenrisian Wolves for the same price as two Sabretusks. It’s for today only, so any feedback I can get before midnight Central time would be appreciated. Am I correct in assuming I could put them on a cavalry base and they’d fit well? If so, I’m thinking of using them in my Sabretusk pack. Not as proxies, but as legit models. Yes, there’s the idea that cats and dogs don’t really get along, but I’m thinking that if they’re led by Hunter and trained well, they’d work well enough together. I’m just hoping it wouldn’t be too off putting to other players? What do you think?
